Ronald Martis Obituary

MARTIS, Ronald Henry (Ron). Died suddenly on 18 July 2011, in Rotorua. Much loved and devoted husband of Gloria for 55 years. Father of Debbie, Carole, Steven, Janine and Derek, and respected friend of their partners. Grandfather to Astaria, Elaisha, Jamiera, Liliana, Izaiah, Cyprian, Valeska, Ellen, Chelsea, Sophie and Gloria. Great Grandfather to Lachlan (Deceased), Jordan, Johnny, Bailey, Sinead and Kambyl. "Dad was our Mum's rock for 60 years. He has been a great inspiration to us all, and has left us with hearts full of treasured memories. He will be sadly missed. R.I.P Ron". Ron's funeral service will be held in Osbornes Funeral Home Chapel on Friday (22 July) at 11.00 am and will be followed by a private cremation. In preference to floral tributes a memorial donation may be made to The Order of St John, P.O. Box 1205 Rotorua. These may also be left at the service.
