Ronald LAMONT Obituary

LAMONT, Ronald Norman (Ron). 7th July 1937 - 4th March 2025 Passed away peacefully at Elizabeth Knox Rest Home, surrounded by his family. Loving husband of Sue, and much loved father and father- in-law of Pip and John, Sally and Ian, Steve and Olga, Tim and Rachael, and Andrew and Sarah. Treasured Onnie to his 14 grandchildren. Special thanks to the Mahoe team at Elizabeth Knox for their exceptional care. A memorial service to celebrate Ron's life will be held at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 19 Banff Ave, Epsom, Auckland, on Wednesday 12th March at 10.30am.

Sorry to hear of Ron's passing Sue. He was a lovely man and I have fond memories of good times in Pauanui. Condolences to you and your family.

Dear Sue
I am ever so sorry I can't attend the memorial for Ron tomorrow morning. Even though Ron has been very unwell for some time, I know it is a break in a chain to you, family and life memories.
I am ever so sorry I can't attend the service for Ron tomorrow morning, but I will be thinking of you all.
I miss you at golf, but I know life also moves on in other directions.
