Ron. I sent you a dodgy joke and then realised that I hadn't heard from you for a while. I will always remember you. You were a highlight of my day when things were getting really difficult. You never knew about my depression, no-one did, but you helped me through it. XXXXX

I had been thinking of Ron just recently. I used to work with him at CP. Ironically, he used to work with my grandfather in England, and he told me stories about my grandfather. It's funny how paths cross. Ron was such a funny man, who lit up a room. My condolences to the family. Xxxxxxx Tracy.

Gail & Family ... I was sadened to hear the passing of Ron. As my mentor at Reckitt & Colman his influence was special and persoal and it steered my professional career thereafter. I will always cheerish his wisedom, guidance and friendship and in particular his keen sense of humor.
Sincere thanks Ron .... never forgotten

A cowboy was fishing down by the river. He had just caught a fish and put it in his bucket when the Park Ranger showed up. "You need a permit to fish here sir, can I see it please?" "Oh, I don't have a permit, I didn't catch this fish, this is my pet fish, I just bring him down here to give him some exercise and when I think he's had enough I call him back and fish him out again". "You don't expect me to believe that do you?" "Yes it's true, shall I show you?" "Go on then, throw him in in the river and then call him back", So the cowboy throws the fish into the river and they both stand there waiting for a moment, then the park ranger says "well go on then, call him back", "call what back", "the fish", "what fish?"
Thanks for the laughs Ron! We'll miss you
