Dear family,
I have been watching for this notice ever since I heard the news.
As a former schoolmate I wanted to attend any service here in Australia but it seems it is not to be.
I have not seen Roger since we were 11 or 12 years old that I can recall, but our fathers were great friends and golfing mates, and I was fond of Max. My mother Freda may be able to attend the wake at Matahui Rd representing Dad and myself.
Condolences,

Dale Johnston
