Roger DICKINSON Obituary

DICKINSON, Roger Clifford. Passed away peacefully at Totara House, Manurewa, on Friday, 25th April 2014,aged 69 years. Cherished and much loved husband of Jacky. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Lesley and Murray, Heather and Greg, Andrew and Gina. An awesome Pops to James, Alex, Jessica, Lucy, Kaitlyn, Jayden, and Ashton. Much loved brother-in-law to Barry and Chris, and Uncle to Nicholas. Special thanks to the wonderful doctors, nurses and volunteers at Totara House Hospice. In lieu of flowers donations to Totara House Hospice, PO Box 75 560, Manurewa, would be appreciated and may be left at the service. A Service for Roger will be held at St Peter's in The Forest Anglican Church,Bombay Rd, Bombay, on Friday, the 2nd of May 2014 at 11:00 AM followed by a private cremation. Our togetherness will last forever

Dear Jacky and family. Please accept our deepest sympathy for the loss of Roger (the Courier Man). It has been a pleasure meeting both of you through John & Glen and Roger has always given us a giggle or two or three ...... We are thinking of you at this time. Love from Bob & Lexis.

We are sorry to hear of Rogers (Mr Dickinson ) passing. I am thankful to have had the privilege of knowing him and spending many weekends with you guys growing up. He will always have a special place in our hearts. An awesome dad and a great mate to us.

DICKINSON, Roger Clifford. On 25th April 2014. Dearly loved brother-in-law of Barry, Chris and Uncle Rog to Nick. Rog, you fought a hard battle bravely. Such a loving, devoted husband, father, father-in-law and pops who will be so sadly missed by us all. "Sherbet - why do the good have to leave us so soon?" Always treasured and forever in our hearts.
