Rod JOYNES Obituary

JOYNES, Rod. Rod passed away peacefully at home with all of us by his side on Wednesday 20 March 2024, aged 65 years. He was adored and much loved by his wife Robyn, his three girls Emma, Katie and Renee, his beautiful and cherished grandies Lachie, Teddy and Harri. Loved brother-in-law of Grant and step-brother of Janine. Our family would like to acknowledge and thank the amazing team at NSH Haematology in particular Fretzie and Fi and his other 'girlfriends' in the Day Stay unit for their unwavering care and support of Rod throughout his epic battle with multiple myeloma. A service to celebrate Rod's life will be held at the Chapel of Forrest Funeral Services, 39 Riverside Road, Orewa on Wednesday 27 March 2024 at 11am, followed by interment at Auckland Memorial Park, Silverdale at 1.30pm.
