Robyn CHRISTIAN Obituary

CHRISTIAN, Robyn Evelyn (nee Ibbertson). 21 June 1949 - 3 January 2025 Passed peacefully in the serene surroundings of the Hibiscus Hospice, surrounded by love. Now gone to be with her creator. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Lisa and Johnny, and Rochelle and Allen. Step-mother and trusted friend to Helen, and Peter, and their families. Only sister and best friend of Judy. Adored Nana of Maddi and Reif, Hunter, Sienna and Olivia. Loved Step Nana and friend to Sally and Scott, Paula and Ali, and Gareth and Charlotte. Great-nana to Freya, Esme, and Arlo. Loved Nana Robyn to Shaun and Dayna, and friend of Giovanna. A treasured friend of many who had the pleasure of spending time with her, in her very full and active life. She loved every minute. 'When all is said and done, grief is the price we pay for love' A service will be held for Robyn in The North Harbour Chapel of Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany at 2.30pm on Thursday 9th of January. Followed by a reception at the Bays Club, 6 Anzac Rd , Browns Bay.

April 3 2012 will be always etched in my mind as the day you bravely contacted us searching for your half brother Barry. We never knew you existed but once we met you our lives changed forever. For Barry to find out he had a gorgeous sister filled a hole in his family tree. Although you only had 10 years before Barry passed he loved you very much as do I. I can only hope he is waiting for you up above.

I got to know Robyn through our local coffee group in the Hibiscus Coast, she would come op shopping with us monthly and we grew to love her humor and her very elegant style. I'd always find her some animal print to wear. A gentle, caring and kind lady, who will be missed by all her friends in the Hibiscus Coast Coffee and Chat Ladies. Hugs to her family and friends from her op shopping gals.
