Robin Vernon Obituary
VERNON, Robin Gordon. Died peacefully on 18 February 2012 aged 75 years. Loved husband and best friend of Penny, father and father-in- law of Jo and Paul Mark- Brown, Kim Vernon and Stuart Stone and Niki Vernon and Chris Stanford. Adored grandfather of Hannah and Peter, Kate and Rosa; Matthew, Ben and Jessica; Thomas and Finn.' We took so much for granted - Where do we go now? - You always had an answer'. The family would like to thank the staff of Ward 64, Auckland Hospital. A special thank you to Susie Moller and Freemans Bay Medical Centre. A service will be held at St Matthew's -in-the-City, Hobson Street, Auckland, on Friday 24 February 2012 at 11 am. The following day, Saturday 25 February at 12 noon, for those who wish to attend, there will be a burial service for Robin at Okete Cemetery, Raglan. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either Mercy Hospice or SPCA.
