Robin LEAMY Obituary

LEAMY, Most Reverend Robin Walsh SM DD. Bishop Emeritus of Rarotonga. On January 1, 2022. Peacefully at St Joseph's Home, Auckland aged 87 years. Loved and respected member of the Society of Mary. Cherished Assistant Bishop of the Diocese of Auckland. Dearly beloved son of the late Cecil and Hazel Leamy. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Brian and the late Vini, the late Bernadine and Bill Tacon, Terry and Veronica, and Patricia SMSM, and loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews. May he rest in peace. A Vigil Mass will be celebrated at the Church of St Therese, 10 Wickman Way, Mangere East on Thursday January 6, 2022 at 7.30pm. Live streaming of this vigil mass at https://youtu.be/XBVNGOTyJ5E Requiem Mass will be celebrated at the above Church on Friday 7 January 2022 at 11.30am, (livestreaming link for this Mass https://youtu.be/9MkYUBQFPl4) to be followed by interment at the Panmure Catholic Cemetery, Sunset View Road, Panmure. Vaccine Passes will be required for entry for both masses.
