Robin HARRIS Obituary

HARRIS, Robin George Colin (Rob). It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Rob, who peacefully passed away at home, as per his wishes, on Sunday 23 February 2025, at the age of 74 years. Rob was a much-loved husband to Lesley, cherished father to the late Gina, Nathan, James and Sarah, as well as Krystal, Michael and Casey. He was a beloved step-dad to Sarah and Anthony, Jessica and Troy and Rebecca, and a proud Poppa Robbie to 13 grandchildren. His best mate was his loyal dog, Rastus. Rob was also a very much-loved brother to Wendy, Fay and John, and to his late sister Carol. He was a cheeky uncle to his 6 nieces. Rob enjoyed life, loved real people, and always looked forward to a good chat with anyone and everyone. A private cremation has been held. A memorial service for Rob will be held at the Garrison Room, Waihi RSA (13 Seddon Street, Waihi) on Friday, 28 February at 1pm. Fly high Rob. Correspondence to: 1 Pickett Place, Waihi 3610.
