SMITH, Dr Robert Frederick (Bob). Loved and respected husband of Jane and father and father- in-law of John and Philippa, Andy and Rachael, Mike and Sarah, Hamish and Chrissie, and Rebecca and Pete. Proud grandfather of Caitlin, Rosalind, Grace and Emily, Peregrine, Oscar and Floyd, Max, Poppy and Zac, Alex, and Theo. Dearly loved brother of Jean. Long time co-ordinator of 1st year Chemistry, University of Otago. Enthusiast for New Zealand's natural beauty and wildlife. Patron of Swim Otago, Past President Amputees Federation of NZ and Amputees Association of Otago and Southland. Died on the 10th June, 2011 in Dunedin. No flowers please. Funeral Service to be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 3pm on Wednesday June 15, followed by private cremation.
