Robert Irwin Obituary

IRWIN, Robert Wilson. At home on 20th October 2010, aged 70. Beloved husband of Judy, much loved father and father-in-law of Nicki and Simon, Michael and Cate, and Rebecca and Michael. Adored Poppa of Skyla and Zachary, Thomas and Anna. Special thanks to Dr Paul Trotman, Oncology District Nursing Team, Mercy Hospice Community Team, Mike McAlister and Brett Johnstone. In lieu of flowers, donations to Mercy Hospice, PO Box 47693, Ponsonby Auckland would appreciated. A Service for Robert will be held at the Somervell Presbyterian Church, 497 Remuera Road, Remuera on Wednesday 27th October at 11am, followed by a private cremation.

IRWIN, Robert. Passed away on 20 October 2010, aged 70 years. Much loved brother-in-law of Beverley and Allan Riley and uncle of Gabrielle and Suzanne. Our thoughts and prayers are with Judy, Nicki, Michael, Rebecca and their families.

IRWIN, Robert Wilson. Hugely respected and valued founder of BBR Contech. Rob was a role model with his vision, drive, energy, engineering ability, entrepreneurial spirit, positive outlook, fighting spirit, mentoring, guidance and governance. We have lost a great friend, colleague and much loved father figure and there is a shadow over all of our hearts. Rob will be sadly missed - but always remembered for the lives he touched, the proud legacy he left and the difference he made across so many walks of life. Our deepest sympathy to Judy and the family. The staff of BBR Contech and BBR Network Members from around the world.
