Robert GANE Obituary

GANE, Robert James (Jim). Born 20 November 1929. Jim passed peacefully on 22 January, 2025. Dearly loved father to Shelley, Jeffrey and Annabel. Grandfather to Daniel, Reuben and Ethan and great grandfather to Rae and Thomas. Husband to Billie (deceased 1975) and Dawn (deceased 2022). Stepfather to Wayne, Christine, Karen and Scott. A life well lived with love, kindness and service. He will be sorely missed. Special thanks for the loving care given to Jim at Selwyn Village. Service will be held on Wednesday 29 January at 11am at Selwyn Chapel, Selwyn Village, 43 Target Street, Point Chevalier, Auckland.

so sad to hear of Jim's passing, a longtime friend of colin and shirley ford, and was a delight to know them, Billie and also Dawn met in later years. fond memories of Mt.Eden early yeats. gone but never forgotten. deepest sympathy to all family, it was a priviledge to have known them all. kind regards
