It's Lois Jacobs. I worked with Bob in Worcester. Im am coming to New Zealand in December and I decided to look try to reach you today learning about Bob's passing. Please accept my sincere condolences. Jerry passed away in January 2023. I live in Oakland, CA now.

Thank you for mentoring and supporting me in my early career. Bob Founded Pain Medicine in New Zealand and the rest of us will for ever be standing on the shoulder of a giant. We will raise a toast to Bob a true great.

I remember Bob as a warm, kind, and gentle person. He is really the only friend of my father´s that I remember, which is a testament to his personality. Condolences to all of the Boas family

I´m so very sorry to hear that Bob is gone. He was a kind of mythic figure to me because of his enormous presence and the short time I knew him as a young kid. It was a treat to spend a few days with all of you again when I passed through Auckland all those years ago. I wish you every comfort in this difficult time.

Very fond memories of many a visit to Wahike Island.. enjoying the pleasure of your company. One event in particular, was a very early rise to go fishing with your new toy! The boys were very excited as we watched the vessel launch and be battery operated from the beach! Rest Peacefully now Bob, Love Ro William and Cameron Xx
