A very special little boy, to the proud parents of Kelly Michelle Carter and Justin Luke Blent.
A service will take place at Emmanuel Church, Mount Pleasant Road, Shrewsbury, on Friday,October 24, 2008, at 11am, followed by interment at Shrewsbury Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to the Special Care Baby Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for which purpose a donation plate will be provided at the church.
