Richard SISSON Obituary

SISSON, Richard John (Brother Tony (Mickey)) (of the Christian Brothers Order) On February 3rd 2015 (peacefully) at Ranfurly Hospital and Village. Loved son of William and Alice May (deceased). The fun loving brother, and brother-in-law of Margaret and Murray (Bamfield), Rex (deceased) and Janice, Garry (deceased) and Martie, Colleen and George (deceased) Osborne, Pam and Ross Courtenay, Victor (deceased), John and Sylvia, and Elizabeth and Paul (Molloy). A wonderful uncle to his many nieces and nephews and their families. He will be sadly missed by all. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Patricks Church, Church Crescent, Panmure on Saturday, February 7th at 1.00pm followed by burial in the Church Cemetery. Vigil on Friday, 6.00pm at Grange Manor, 400 Dominion Road, Mount Eden, Auckland.

Have the greatest respect for "RAS", at Edmund Rice College when he was Principal. Tramping in Urewera, Rugby in cold winter, busdriving and Maths and Physics. Ready smile. Diplomatic. RIP

SISSON, Brother Richard Anthony Valued member of the Christian Brothers' community in Auckland. Aged 77. Died peacefully February 3rd 2015 at Ranfurly Village and Hospital after a long illness. Former member of the Opotiki, Rotorua, Christchurch and Oamaru Brothers' communities. May he rest in peace.
