Richard MIDDLETON Obituary

MIDDLETON, Richard Charles (Dick). Peacefully on Wednesday 21 May 2025 at home. Dearly loved eldest son of the late John Richard and Helen Lorraine (Fairmount Hunua). Loved brother and brother-in- law of Suzanne and the late Bryce Patrick, Dinah and the late Allan Findlay, Hugh and Bernadette Middleton, Timothy and Lynn Middleton, and Priscilla and Mark Bingley. Loved uncle of his many nieces and nephews. Forever in our hearts. A celebration of Dick's life will be held in the Kowhai Chapel, 35 Wood Street Papakura on Friday 30 May at 11.00am.

RIP uncle. Everytime I smell macrocarpa firewood burning takes me back to sitting in front of the fire in Hunua listening to your stories of duckshooting and pig hunting. My love of hunting I owe to you. Gone but never forgotten!
