HOWIE, Richard Bruce (Dick). Dad passed away quietly and gently at home with his family surrounding him. Devoted and dearly loved husband of the late Jean. Loved and Cherished father and grandfather of Beth and Dave Richards, Gareth, Sonny and Jake; Stuart and Chantelle; Pam and Dave Catterall, Heather and Jamie and Freya Beaton; Paul and Megan, Michelle and Ashleigh. Dearly loved brother of Gwenda Crossan. A patient, gentle and kind man. Garden flowers welcome. A funeral service for Dick will be held at the Chartwell Cooperating Church, the corner of Belmont Avenue and Comries Road, Chartwell, Hamilton, on Tuesday 15 April at 11.00 a.m., followed by interment at the Hamilton East Cemetery.
