Dear Heidi,Ben and family. My thoughts are with you all at this time. Richard was a unique person and I will always fondly remember the encouragement he gave me as a novice climber. " You will be sadly missed but we are all the better for knowing you".

Dear Fegan family. How terribly sad! My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Sincere apologies for not being able to make the celebration of Richard's life yesterday, I was really looking forward to catching up with you all but alas I had a stomach bug. Richard was a really special guy and I know you will all desperately miss him.

FEGAN, Richard Grant. Dearly loved son of Ken and Isabel and brother and brother-in-law of Mark and Jan, David and Keiko, John and Kate and loved uncle of 9 nieces and nephews. Richard's life was lived to the full positively impacting people in so many ways both personally and professionally. He will widely missed. Richard has showed so much courage, determination and compassion for others over the past year in his battle with cancer. He will deeply missed but forever in our hearts and minds.
