Richard and his cousin John Caughey were part of an international team who worked tirelessly through mid-winter 1960 to build a conference centre for Moral Re-Armament in the USA. Plays and films produced at this centre played a major role in helping to change the racial segregation in USA which was predominant at that time. Richard was a man of faith who left a lasting legacy to the world.
