Raymond Windsor Obituary
WINDSOR, Raymond Victor James. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on 10 August 2011 aged 83. Devoted and caring husband of Gwen for 58 years. Attentive and supportive father and grandfather to Diane and Jim, Sharon and Elizabeth; John and Chris, Matthew, Joshua, Benjamin and Emerald, Rachael and Michelle; Heather and Patrick, Josiah, Jordan, Jasmine and Levi; Paul and Barby, Stephen, Alyssa and Timothy, Martin, Bethany and Joseph; Mark and Anne. A life of love fully lived. A service to celebrate Ray's life will be held at Mt Albert Baptist Church, 732 New North Road on Monday 15 August at 1.00pm. In lieu of flowers donations to a Raymond Windsor Fund with Interserve New Zealand, PO Box 10244 Dominion Road Auckland 1446 would be appreciated. In His presence his fullness of joy. Ps 16:11

It is a sign of our electronic age that I heard of the wonderful farewell to Ray on Facebook (from Jones relatives) and now find I can express 'condolences via the NZ Herald guest book. Ray and Gwen are each key people in my personal and professional development. With so many others I rejoice in a life well lived, and the memory of a man well loved. Also thinking of the family in the major adjustment of day-to-day life without this wonderful man.
