Please accept sincerest sympathy. Ray's long and full life exemplified the fact that the measure of a life is not its duration but its donation.

With happy memories of a special man. Ray set a wonderful example of politeness and consideration for others in his dealings with callers to the Citizens Advice Bureau where he served for just on 20 years. He left no stone unturned in his efforts to help our clients. His sense of humour and kindness towards other volunteers will long be remembered.
To his loving family I say you have a father and grandfather to be proud. Cherish your memories.
