Dear Ray, so sad to hear of your passing. Ray was a staple in the Papatoetoe community and the rebuild in Old Papatoetoe around his stationery store was before its time.

I also worked with Ray on the Americas Cup Viaduct Basin facilities development - the man was driven.

My first flame and if you knew Ray ...you could understand the attraction to the man, the energy- the kind hearted person that I grew to love. We kept in touch over the years ...and I was sadden to learn of his illness.

The world has lost a great visionary. RIP my dearest beloved mentor.

Much love Jennifer
