SCAMPTON, Raymond Allan. On 5th March 2024, at Whangarei Hospital, aged 92 years. Eldest son of Allan Scampton and Dorothy, nee Hyde (both deceased), respected Stepson of Edna Hay, (dec), previously Scampton, nee Bethell. Devoted husband of Shirley (dec), previously Hawthorn, nee Ridgley. Much loved father of Pam, Patricia (dec) and Graham, and Stepfather of Malcolm (dec) and Neil Hawthorn. Respected brother of Keith, Betty, Roger, David, Mervyn (dec), Shirley, Beverley (dec) and Ian, and esteemed friend of their partners and children of extended families. Private family Cremation held 14 March 2024. Rest in Peace Ray.
