Raymond SAUNDERS Obituary

SAUNDERS, Raymond Trevor. On the 26th October 2021, after weathering a prolonged storm, slipped his anchor and drifted free. Dearly loved husband of Caroline, adored father and father-in-law to Craig and Charlie, Andrew and Charlie, and Carrie and Matt; and adoring Grandad to Jess, Fin, Riley and Zach; Ralph and Nate; Oscar and Maisie. You will live on in the stories and friendships of those whose lives you touched and continue to shine in the smiles of your grandchildren. Ray - a much loved older son and step son of my dad and mum, Trevor and Laura Saunders.
Dearly loved older brother to Grant, Kim and Tania.
Ray is now back into his hunting and fishing with a healthy body and mind and enjoying the company of those who had previously left their earthly life.
Rest in Peace and Love our big brother. You will forever be in our hearts.

Grandson of Fred and Violet Needham, son of Althea Violet, and nephew of Eda, Ila, Wesley and Edwin; Ray was loved by them all. Ray, with your lovely smile such a part of the fabric of our childhood Christmases, you will be sadly missed by all of your cousins.
