My heart was saddened to hear that you had passed, but I am blessed to have so many wonderful memories of times we shared over the years. How could anyone forget the devilish knowing smile you would get when something amused you. I was so in awe of you and never tired of hearing the wonderful stories about countries you had travelled to. Maybe not so much the Zulu shields and spears that hung on the walls at Aunty Myrts that terrified me every time I passed them, but hearing of your adventures. You really inspired me to travel and when I finally went to other countries we spent many hours comparing notes. We spoke just a few weeks ago and reminisced about the years gone by and I told you how I was recently looking at your wedding photos. Photos of my Dad at the Church ready to walk Olive down the aisle with Elaine and I as bridesmaids Such a wonderful day. The love you and Olive shared was true and whenever anyone thought of you it was always Ray and Olive you were one. Your kindness and loyalty will be one of my most cherished of memories. Knowing you are now with Olive and those you love brings me great comfort. You are so special to us all and will never be forgotten.
