Pam,
Just woke up to this news; we are shocked. Life on Picnic Bay will never be the same. I will never forget swimming by Ray while he was on his boat. He said hello and that started a 45 minute in-water conversation. He invited us to his home and introduced us to other Picnic Bay people whom we now regard as good friends and neighbors. It was Ray that opened the Picnic Bay door to us and helped to create our new home away from home. But for our having received this news in the US just hours before the memorial, we certainly would have attended. God bless you buddy... you will never be forgotten. Hang in there Pam, look forward to seeing you soon.
With great love and affection...

Sorry we couldn't be there today. So sorry to hear of Ray's passing but wow what a life. So many things we were to do together but now I will do them alone thinking of you Ray. I started on the driving range today in Cairns. All our love Pam and family. See you when we get home. All our love and best wishes. Dave and Sue Thompson

NASH, Ramon Donald. Passed away unexpectedly, surrounded by family, on 24 September 2016, aged 77. Much loved eldest son of the late Don and Jean Nash. Brother and friend of Yvonne Bennett, the late Dianne Bingham, Selwyn, Bruce, Paul, Lisa, Reece and the late Anne Sullivan. The ultimate enthusiast. The original how-to. Not even google comes close.
