Ralph MOORE Obituary

MOORE, Ralph. Passed away peacefully at home on 14 August 2021 surrounded by his girls and lovingly held in the hearts of many. Loving partner of Janice. Dearly loved dad of Nicki and Gill, trusted father in law to Brent and James, adored grandad of Jess and Tommy. Loved brother of Jim and Wendy. Loved son of the late Bernie and Dorothy Moore. Loved by Jane and a dear friend of many. If our love could have saved you, you would still be here today. A service celebrating his life will be held at Wakatere Boat Club, Narrow Neck Beach at 2pm on Thursday 19 August, followed by refreshments. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ralph's name to essentiallymen.net.

My condolences to Ralphs Girls and family. I enjoyed working with Ralph for 20+ years at Gencom and I have lots of wonderful memories of fun times during social activities, whether it was work related or out on the water.
Ralph you will be sadly missed but will be remembered fondly by many.

So sorry to hear the news of Ralph's passing, our thoughts and best wishes are with Janice and family at this sad time. Ralph was an avid supporter of the Browns Bay Boating Club, always a story to tell and a regular at our annual wine and cheese events. Ralph will be deeply missed by our Club.

born in the West Indies and emigrated to NZ in the 50's. Played cricket as an express bowler [ when there weren't any speed guns]
