Condolences to Raewyn´s family from the Mercury Bay Cancer Support Trust
Raewyn was a compassionate volunteer with the MBCSTrust until supporting Des required more of her time.
She was kind, skilled and willing to get involved in any activities be they for fundraising or direct patient support, and she did so cheerfully and effectively.
We miss her empathy and pragmatism and feel grateful to have known her through this part of her productive life .
Rest in peace dear Raewyn, and thank you for your devotion to the Mercury Bay Cancer Support Trust and all those with cancer you helped support.

I was Auntie Rae and Uncle Des's flower girl 52 years ago at the age of 4. Des is my mother, Phillipa's little brother.
A little pray my mother taught us all before we went to sleep at night, is the what comes to mind....
"Before I lay me down to sleep, I pray the lord my soul to keep. If I should die before I wake, I pray the lord my soul to take"
Go in light and love Auntie Rae, to those who paved the way before you, waiting for you, with arms open. You were/are so very loved, I love you. Tania xx
