WOOD, Dr Rachel Elizabeth. The funeral service for Rachel, wife of Dr Paul Wood will be held at Zenders, 44 Hopkins Road (formerly Ruakura Road) Hamilton on Friday 5th July at 10.30am They will be pleased to welcome their friends to say their farewells.

Something made me search Rachel's name online and sadly I have now seen the obituary on here. I have missed the usual Christmas letter and now I know why it hasn't come. Paul - please accept my sincerest condolences. Obviously we are both of an age where this happens but it doesn't make it any the less difficult to deal with. No amount of expressions of sympathy really make it any easier either - but I hope you are taking some comfort from family and friends who are no doubt supporting you.
