RACHEL HOLT Obituary

HOLT, Rachel Margery (Blake). Peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Much loved and loving wife of Simon. The best mother ever to Alex, treasured daughter of Jill and the late Jim Holt, loved sister of the late Dan.
A Memorial service to celebrate Rachel's life will be held in the Maclaurin Chapel, Auckland University, 18 Princes Street, Auckland at 1.30pm on Monday December 11. Messages can be left on Rachel's page at www.tributes.co.nz

Huge shock I have lost my dear friend Rachel. I will never forget her. She was very loyal, trustworthy, so clever and good. I will miss her so much and was planning to get back in contact when I visited New Zealand. I was wondering why I had not heard from her? We have been friends since Parnell Primary, in London and my visits back..This is the worst news I could imagine. She is at peace now and forever loved. I see her smile and will keep that picture and try to appreciate what I have a little more, she was taken to soon. Thank you Rachel for your friendship. It's the first real friend I have lost. I wish I knew earlier. I extend my deepest sympathy to her family coming up to the anniversary.
