PHILLIPS, Rachael Jean. In loving memory of Rachael (Rach) Jean Phillips age 38. Beloved mother of Jayden and Ashley, daughter of Carolyn and Stan, stepdaughter of Rae and Mike, sister of Tara, Dan and Logan, and loved granddaughter of Edna and June. "Rachy" was loved by a large extended family, and a large group of friends. Rest in love Rachy.
