DIXON, Preston Christopher. 16 June 1953 - 18 September 2010 (late of Waipapakauri Ramp). Peacefully at Matariki Hospital, Te Awamutu on 18 September 2010, aged 57 years. Loved son of the late Shirley and Chris Dixon (late of Kaitaia). Dearly loved brother and friend of Byron and Heather (Te Awamutu), Cherry and Tim (Havelock North), Nigel and Luci (Whangarei) and Dorothy (Ashhurst). Loved uncle of Dylan, Helen, Maria, Christopher, Ruth, Benjamin and Jonathon. Great uncle of Lucy. Loved nephew of Patricia Riley (Howick). Thank you to the staff at Matariki Hospital for their wonderful care of Preston. A service will be held in the Chapel of Geards Funeral Home, 13 Pukepoto Road, Kaitaia tomorrow (Tuesday) at 1.00pm followed by interment at Waipapakauri Public Cemetery. DIXON, Preston Christopher. On 18 September 2010 at Te Awamutu. Much loved nephew of Patricia Riley (Howick) and cousin of Athol and Jane Riley (USA). Second son of Shirley Dixon who passed away one month ago. Love you forever and a day my Huggie Bear.
