Hi Tarina,

Many thanks for your comments on mum, your recollection is very accurate. I remember you helping mum and I remember your mum from Waitakere ( general store).

She's been huge in our lives, a tremendous giver to all people ahead of herself. A very special New Zealander who loved her rugby, netball, veggie garden and talkback radio.

She will be missed by all who knew her.

Lloyd

Sorry to read the passing of Mrs Sinton,
Years ago I was her home help, a wonderful gardener and great adviser, always cheery and an amazing homemaker with handy hints that I still use today wrapping veges in newspaper to make them last longer.
The choc cake recipie I still use and it's never failed!( Grandsons Mathew's Favourite)
It's still written on the back of a weetbix packet you wrote for me.
Rest Now Mrs Sinton,
love Tarina and Hugh and the boys.( now living in south Island)
