Phyllis Schieck Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Phyllis Joan Schieck, age 90. Phyllis is survived by her children Diane Sturman (Bruce), Robert and Jonathan (Schieck), grandchildren Max and Alexandra Sturman, Megan, and Robyn Schieck (Austin) and great-grandchildren Grayson and Ella Jade. She is predeceased by her husband Robert R. Schieck, her granddaughter Emily Joy Schieck, her sister Gladys Platts, her parents William and Hilda Honsberger and her brother Roy (infant). Phyllis was a prolific and recognized volunteer at the St. Catharine's General Hospital. She enjoyed time with her family, bridge club, knitting, international travel and culinary experiences.
