LEWIS, Phyllis Joyce. Passed away peacefully on 15 May 2011 at North Shore Hospital in her 89th year. Loved wife of the late Jack and dearly loved mother of Clinton, Kay (deceased), Derek, Mary-Ann and Bryce. Special 'Mum' to Murray, Payom and Ann. Treasured nana of Paula, Todd, Courtney, Kerry, Sara- Kay, Callum and Katie and great grandmother of Kyra, Sienna, Keira and Legion. A very special lady who was loved by many. She had a smile for everyone right until the end. A service to celebrate Phyllis's life will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, Cnr Broadway and Hohaia Street, Matamata on Friday May 20 at 1.00pm, followed by private cremation.
