HOOKER, Phyllis Margaret (Phyl). Passed away peacefully on 4 November 2012 at Aria Gardens Hospital, Albany, aged 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Jack. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Hazel and the late Robin, Allan and Linda and Margaret. Loved Nana of Stephen, Brendon, Shelley and Gavin, Mathew, Catherine and the late Tania. Great-Nana of Tayla and Cameron. "Mum and Dad together again." A service will be held at Romaleigh Funeral Home, 31 Ocean View Road, Northcote on Thursday November 8 at 11am followed by private cremation.
