AVERY, Phyllis Ann (Phyl) (nee Thomas). Peacefully on Sunday 15 June 2014; aged 86. Wife of the late Stan. Deeply loved Mother and Mother in law of Stephen and Jean, Diane, David and John. Treasured Grandmother of Andrew, Lisa, Miles, Heath and Great Grandmother of Toni, Lucia, Casper, Jahmayn. With special thanks to the teams at Waitakere Hospital, Christs Hospital Selwyn Village and Selwyn Heights Hospital for their loving care. No flowers by request. "You will be deeply missed." Funeral Service will be held in the Main Chapel of the Morrison Funeral Home, 220 Universal Drive, Henderson on Friday 20 June 2014 at 10.00 a.m.
