Was told about Phil's passing in December last year..i popped in two weeks ago to see Pat i will pop in again soon..

Forever the Mayor of Rangiriri. Forever the local kids Uncle Phil.
You maybe gone but you will never be forgotten, your hard working hands and big heart now at rest.
