I have only just learnt of Kiwi´s untimely passing. I will treasure memories of time in his company during flying training with the Royal Air Force - his laughter, his wicked sense of humour and his inability to refuse a dare. He was a truly larger than life character and will be missed by many. My condolences to Millie and the family.

We slipped the surly bonds of earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward we climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds....

Kiwi,
You were an exceptional pilot and squadron mate. Your accomplishments and skills are legendary among those of us in the 50th Tactical Airlift (Red Devils )Squadron at Little Rock Air Force Base who knew you. Condolences to Milly and the rest of your family. Rest in Peace, brother.........
