I First got to know Phil through those Covid years which were a huge challenge for a lot of businesses importing or exporting goods. Phil was a true professional who brought so much experience and wisdom to the many discussions and challenges we would get to work on. He was well respected and liked by many. A huge loss to the world of logistics in NZ. My condolences to his family.

Coombe, Philip John. Passed away suddenly at home on 15th January 2026 in his 67th year. Dearly loved only son of Nola and the late John Coombe. Much loved brother and brother in law of Cathren and Andrew, Anne and Roger, Lucille and Phil. Loved uncle to his nieces and nephews. Will be sadly missed and forever in our hearts. Rest in peace Philip.
