Peter Wood Memoriam
WOOD, Peter James. 1950-2010 A year has gone by and I walk along the street of sorrow The boulevard of broken dreams Here is where you'll always find me, always walking up and down. Why the gods above me, who must be in the know Think so little of me, they allowed you to go. I can still feel the breeze that rustles through the trees And misty memories of days gone by We could never see tomorrow, no one said a word about the sorrow. Those happy hours I spent with you, I'll always love you and want you too Most of all, I miss you so. To my wonderful husband, my soulmate, my best friend, you left behind a broken heart and precious memories too, but I never wanted memories, I only wanted you. A million tears won't bring you back, I know because I've cried. I wish I could have told you once more how much I love you so. I don't know how to live without you by my side, the heartache is too much to bear, but I will do my best and love you forever. Ann Marie.
