Truly a celebration of a life well lived of a man who was loved by many.Peter ( and his family)came into my life over 9 years ago and l am so glad he did! Wish it could have been longer. Peter had a full life in Many way but my memories of him are mainly when l joined up with NZBCA He took me under his wing and taught me all l know regarding NZ Bomber Command and visiting the veterans,Peter worked tireless at his passion of keeping the memory alive of these brave people who offered themselves to travel the other side of the world to help finish the war! His knowledge of Bomber command was unbelievable and his books that he produced will continue to be read by many .we will remember him, God bless you Peter, sure going to miss you. Our thoughts are with Karola and family at this time and thanks to the live stream l will be able to be at the funeral with you all in mind if not body from England.
