Peter WENTWORTH Obituary

WENTWORTH, Peter Bruce. Passed away at Auckland Hospital, after a difficult time with his health, on 9 October 2025, aged 85 years. Deeply loved husband of Alison, Father and Father-in-Law of Miles and Amanda, Felicity and Mike. Pop to Brooke, Maddie, Hannah, Bailey and Lucy and Great Grandfather of McKenna. Peter will be so deeply missed by his family, friends, and the many lives he touched. Always a Gentleman.The service will be live streamed through Sibuns website. A celebration of Peters' life will be held at All Saints Chapel, Purewa, 100 St Johns Rd, Meadowbank, Auckland, on Saturday 18th October at12.00noon. Peter was a great man. & will leave a deep hole for those around him.
I was fortunate to spend a lot of time at 76 Lucerne Road. As Miles & I revved our engines. Pretending to know what we were doing.
A manwich for lunch. & Samson the dog.
Clarks beach (?) holidays.
I was always welcomed by Alison & Felicity. & Peter of course.
A man with a very strong sense of values & family. Right & wrong.
He was so very proud of his children. & rightfully so.
