My brother Iain and I were talking today about our memories of Uncle Peter and how we much enjoyed his company. He was always welcoming to his nieces and nephews and was a great host with a dry wit and a great sense of humour. We always had a lot of fun in his company. Sunday roasts were a highlight as the lamb would have been home grown and deliciously cooked and prepared by Elaine and skilfully carved by Uncle Peter. Latterly when visiting my family and I were always interested to hear about Uncle Peter´s recent adventure and where that might have taken him. Here´s to your next adventure Uncle Peter.
