Peter Stevenson Obituary

STEVENSON, Peter John. On September 21, 2011 at Te Omanga Hospice, Lower Hutt after a short illness, aged 62 years. Soulmate of Alison 'the luckiest girl in the world.' Cherished son of Audrey and the late John Stevenson. Prized son-in-law of the late Joan Harris, and loved and respected by Karen and family. Loved brother to Bas, Paul, Mike, Kerry Ann, Tony, Mark and their families. Messages and tributes can be placed in Peter's tribute page at www.tributes.co.nz or posted to P O Box 44-176, Lower Hutt. Peter's Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Joseph's Catholic Church, 10 Dominion Street, Takapuna on Wednesday September 28, 2011 at 11:00am.

Dear Ali & Family. My deepest sympathy and love to you all. Peter was such a beautiful cousin and very cherished by our family especially by Des. I feel blessed that I spent time with you both at Napier. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all. Debbie Sam & James from Noosa Qld.

Pete and Ali were each 'the one' for the other- true soul mates. Peter was blessed with a good humoured disposition and a large generosity in all of his words and deeds. He was thoroughly good company and always happy to strum out a tune on the guitar. Peter's warmth radiated far and he will be terribly missed by all of us who were privileged to have called him friend. Hanneke and Randall Morton
