Peter JENKINS Obituary

JENKINS, Peter Harper (Pete). Peacefully, surrounded by family on 17th December 2024, aged 85. Dearly loved husband of Marie. Loved father, father in law and grandfather of Leanne and Nick, Warren; Jesse, Kieran, Elise, Sean, Kase and Jaxon. A service for Peter will be held at the Matamata Club, Rawhiti Ave, Matamata on Monday 23rd December at 1.30pm. Messages to the Jenkins family C/- Broadway Funeral Home, 10 Short St, Matamata 3400.

Over the years Uncle Peter was a supportive family member at any of dad's local boxing tournaments in Rotorua, where he quietly cheered us all on.
It was not unusual for uncle Peter to call in home to dad's for a visit, where most of us kids would be visiting, we all shared some wonderful memories.
Uncle Peter, you will be dearly missed by all of us kids and especially dad (Rex).

Rest in love uncle Peter.
