Peter HOOBIN Obituary

HOOBIN, Peter Bernard. Born February 09, 1931. Passed away on April 07, 2024. Peter passed peacefully at his home in Brisbane at the age of 93. He is sadly missed by Louise his wife of 60 years and his children Andrew, Nicola, and Sean, his daughter-in law Keiko and grandchildren Tamaki, Uta, Thomas and Harriet. A family Farewell to Peter was held on April 15th.

I am so sad to hear this news of dear Peter of Hoobyworld, Mercury Theatre, music, opera, tennis and life. I sent him an email a few weeks ago and having not heard back I Googled his name and up came an April obituary. Love to you Louise and all your kids, you will miss such a wonderful force of life in your presence. With much love from us, Maryanne & Alan Mummery.
