Peter Hogg Obituary
HOGG, Peter John. Gently petered out on November 15, aged almost 98. Much loved husband of Thora (deceased) and beloved father of Lyndall, Janfrie and Murray. Cherished Poppa of Cameron, Nicholas, Larissa, Nadine, Chris, Suzy, James and Andrew and great- grandfather of Freyja, Toren, Stellen, Neve, Flynn, Oliver and another on the way. His example of fortitude, humour and gratitude will endure. Thumbs up and chocks away! Sincere thanks to the nursing staff at Aria Park Hospital, Epsom for their exemplary care of Peter in recent years. HOGG, Peter John. Born 2 December 1912, died very peacefully Monday, 15 November 2010 in Epsom, Auckland. Father of Murray, and beloved grandfather of James and Andrew, and daughter-in-law to Jackie. Forever remembered for his wickedly dry sense of humour, remarkable engineering skills and incredible depth of knowledge. Sending you off with love for the ride of your life in the big Jaguar in the sky, Murray, Jackie, James and Andrew.
