Peter HANSEN Obituary

HANSEN, Peter George. Passed away peacefully on 1st March, 2026; aged 81. Loved husband of Barbara for 56 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Jan and Tony, Sandra and Dave, Jackie and Jason. Grandad of Brodie, Jayden, Kayla, Aimee, Neve and Sean. At rest now after a courageous and determined battle, never giving up the fight to overcome the effects of suffering a stroke at age 62. Our sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff of Whitianga Continuing Care for their care of Peter over the past 5 years. A family service has been held. May He Rest In Peace.

Barbara.sorry to hear of Peter's passing.I used to do Tai Chi with him at the Mercury Bay Club.He was a lovely man.
